When you let go of who you are,  you become who you might be.

A Bit of Background

Nice to meet you! My name is Marlene.

For my entire career I have made it my mission and passion to develop people and help them grow. I started 30+ years ago as a trainer / facilitator and even now I still am as passionate as when I started (maybe even more so).

I started my coaching career a few years ago and noticed that it is complementary to what I already did. Some thrive in a training / workshop, others prefer one-on-one sessions to discover their full potential. In essence it all comes to finding what works for you. And what your needs are to be your best you (at work and in life).

What I bring to the table:

- I am committed to your progress as you are.

- I am transparent and honest (even if you may not always like what I have to say).

- I will challenge you to grow

- I will champion your powers

- I am curious and empathic

With the experience I have I know where the challenges sometimes lie:

We are all unconsciously formed during our lives into who we think we need to be. And that makes sense! By how you were raised, culture, expectations, and life events. You take all of that into your daily habits and adult life. And that is totally alright, until it is not.

Thoughts and questions arise:

- Am I being driven by timelines and deadlines?

- Why do I feel unnecessary stress at work?

- Where is my work-life balance?

- Who am I and what are my next steps in life?

- What (limiting) beliefs are driving my choices?

- How do I take care of my boundaries?

- Am I doing the things that make me happy or because it is expected of me?

- What gives me energy and what drains me?

- How can I be at my best for my team?

I support individuals and organizations in multiple areas: Leadership and development workshops, coaching individuals (from executive to operational level). I am based in The Netherlands and am available on site and online.
